Occupational Health and Safety Management

The Company places great importance on safety, occupational health, and the working environment. Policies have been established to support safety activities, implement strict accident-prevention measures, and foster a safety culture that encompasses both employees and contractors. In addition, the Company continually improves the workplace environment to ensure that personnel can work safely, maintain good health, and enjoy long-term quality of life.

The Company has established a Workplace Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Committee, comprising both management and employee representatives. This committee is responsible for setting operational guidelines and monitoring the implementation of safety plans. Its long-term target is to achieve zero accidents and minimize safety-related losses through regular training and a wide range of safety activities, including Safety Talks, annual fire drills and evacuation exercises, annual health check-ups, and a hearing conservation program.

Social Responsibilities and Community Engagement

“Corporate Social Responsibility” is a guiding principle of the Company’s business operations. We are committed to fostering business growth in parallel with social development and improving of quality of life. The Company places emphasis on addressing issues that affect people’s livelihoods, strengthening economic resilience, and reducing social inequality.
