Climate Change Management
The Company has established a sustainability strategy and policy to guide all its entities. The Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee (CGSC) closely monitors climate change management. In support of Thailand's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) to reducing GHG emissions, the Company has set a target to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2030 and Net-Zero GHG emissions by 2050. Notably, the Company has maintained Carbon Neutrality for four consecutive years since 2020.
The Company implements a comprehensive GHG emissions management system to measure and verify emissions data across all three scopes:
Scope 1 (Direct emissions)
Scope 2 (Indirect emissions from purchased energy)
Scope 3 (Other indirect emissions)
This approach aligns with the guidelines established by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO), and the data is disclosed to stakeholders. Additionally, the Company offsets carbon emissions generated from its operations on an annual basis.
The Company has prioritized its decarbonization plan by increasing the use of renewable energy, enhancing energy efficiency, minimizing food loss and waste from operations, reducing single-use plastic, and promoting water and waste recycling. It also adopts environmentally friendly technologies. Furthermore, the Company collaborates with partners to develop and implement projects aimed at reducing GHG emissions and promoting environmentally sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.

Resource Efficiency
The Company consistently implements sustainable energy management practices, focusing on optimizing resource utilization. We set targets and monitor our performance to reduce energy and resource consumption. Our initiative includes increasing the use of renewable energy, enhancing energy efficiency, and reducing GHG emissions from operations. In addition, we promote efficient water management to mitigate the risk of human rights violations related to equitable access to clean water. We support initiatives aimed at improving water efficiency and raising environmental awareness both internally and externally. These efforts are carried out through various activities, such as solar panel installations, LED light replacements, paper reduction campaigns, waste segregation, and the establishment of environmental policies and energy-saving measures within the Company.

Waste and Food Loss & Waste Management
The Company is committed to sustainable waste management through efficient resource utilization. We adhere to the 3Rs principle - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle - to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency, with a continuous goal to achieving zero waste to landfill. Furthermore, we promote a circular economy approach aligned with the BCG Model by preventing food loss and reducing food waste in operations. We also explore innovative ways to utilize surplus food and implement sustainable solutions for food waste.
