Happy employee Project

Intention in doing this project is to help people in slum communities, farmers , disabled people, children, the elderly and the disadvantaged. NRF has continuously organized projects and activities but the key people according to the People Planet Performance sustainability principle are the employees, we therefore have extended the “Food for future generation” project for our employees as well.

This project brings small happiness to all employees of the company because we believe that having a happy time could bring out the good work. When employees are happy, they will deliver that happiness into the qualified product. This project is about setting up a Shinpo soy milk kiosk at the canteen and giving the soy milk to all employees at lunch time in July 2020. This project has been well received by all employees. It is one of the successful projects which is ready to expand the distribution of soy milk to all employees every month, hoping that our staff will be full and happy in general.
