NRF Partners with SOS Thailand to Deliver 1,480 Nutritious Meals under the “Soul Kitchen by NRF” Initiative, Bringing Happiness and Improving Quality of Life through Nourishment

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF), in collaboration with the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation (SOS Thailand), continues its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility through the “Soul Kitchen by NRF” initiative. The project focuses on transforming surplus food into nutritious meals for vulnerable groups and local communities.
NRF staff together with volunteers transformed surplus ingredients into 1,480 freshly prepared meals, which were distributed to families and residents of the Suanplu-Sathorn Baan Mankong Community, an area with high food insecurity. In addition, NRF prepared lunch for children at the Early Childhood Development Center (Sikkha Asia Kindergarten), ensuring that they receive proper nutritional support for healthy growth.
The atmosphere throughout the day was filled with warmth and enthusiasm. From early morning, NRF staff and volunteers carefully prepared meals to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety. Community members gathered to receive the meals with smiles and laughter, while children especially enjoyed their delicious lunch, creating one of the most memorable moments of the event.
Dan Pathomvinich, Chief Executive Officer of NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF), said, “A single meal can transform lives—improving health and quality of life and restoring hope for those in need. The ‘Soul Kitchen by NRF’ initiative is not just about addressing short-term hunger; it reflects the efficient use of resources and the spirit of genuine sharing. Our goal is to provide communities with access to quality meals while reducing food loss and preventing unnecessary waste.
A representative of the Suanplu-Sathorn Baan Mankong Community expressed gratitude to NRF for its food support, emphasizing that the meals not only brought happiness today but also strengthened the community’s spirit of mutual support and encouragement.
This initiative highlights the power of collaboration between business and society in transforming surplus food into nourishment for communities. NRF remains committed to expanding “Soul Kitchen by NRF” to more areas across Thailand and abroad fostering a culture of sharing, reducing food waste, and advancing long-term sustainability.
