NRF Receives “Good” Rating in AGM Checklist 2025, Demonstrating Commitment to High Corporate Governance Standards

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited, or NRF, a leading manufacturer and distributor of condiments, ready-to-eat meals, and cooking ingredients, received a “Good” rating in the AGM Checklist 2025, reaffirming its dedication to strong corporate governance.

The evaluation, conducted by the Thai Investors Association and the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, aims to raise the standards of annual general meetings for companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. NRF achieved a score in the 90–99 range, earning a 4-star “Good” rating. This result reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening corporate governance, building trust among shareholders and investors, and ensuring transparency in its operations.

To enhance the quality of its annual general meetings, NRF has implemented a range of policies and practices.
