NRF Launches Mini C Asian Pantry in the UK, Achieving Soaring Sales and 5-Star Reviews in a Week

23 December 2024

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF) expands its retail business with a new Mini C Asian Pantry branch on Victoria Parade Road, London, spanning over 4,000 square feet. This initiative aims to strengthen product distribution and reinforce NRF’s leadership in Asian food retail to meet the evolving needs of customers.

Within one week of a soft launch of the new Mini C in the UK, NRF achieved an unexpected surge in achievement, reflected in outstanding feedback and 5-star reviews from the local customers on online platforms. Customers highlighted the convenience, diverse product range, friendly customer service, reasonable price, and modern shopping experience.

Dan Pathomvanich, CEO of NRF, shared the idea of the hub-and-spoke marketing model for the Mini C, which centralizes distribution through a hub with multiple spokes extending to various locales. This model not only reduces the cost but also efficiently increases responsiveness to local customers, leading to remarkable service and the flexibility to adapt to the market demands.

“The launch of Mini C marks a significant milestone for NRF in expanding its retail business in the UK. We are thrilled by the excitement and positive feedback, both in sales and customer satisfaction. This achievement reflects our dedication and capability, reinforcing our confidence in expanding Mini C to other areas soon. Our goal is to strengthen connections, meet the customer demands, and promote sustainable management.” said Dan Panthomvanich.

Mini C is a key strategy driving NRF’s retail business growth, focused on delivering exceptional products and services by prioritizing the quality, price, and customer experience. Last quarter, Chuang Lee Cash & Carry increased sales by 51% compared to the same period of the year before, driven by the direct-to-customer business model. This achievement showcases the effectiveness of the strategies and the positive response from target markets.

Moreover, NRF plans to directly export the products under the NRF brand into its retail business to increase product diversity and reach more customers, aiming to account for approximately 5%. Although this goal requires consistency and time to implement, NRF is committed to building a strong foundation for long-term growth.

NRF still remains its core business, which is food manufacturing, while also expanding the retail globally. Mini C will serve as a brand’s representative, promoting the retail business in the UK, broadening the customer base, entering new markets, and strengthening the brand to meet growing demands and drive success on a global scale.

Therefore, NRF warmly invites everyone in London to experience Mini C and shop a wild selection of carefully chosen products designed to fulfill all the customers’ needs.
